These wallpapers began as experiences. A frozen pond three minutes from my door. Penguins glimpsed from the deck of a research vessel in the Southern Ocean. Wandering along the beach observing patterns in the sand. Each image comes from a real moment that stopped me in my tracks — as a photographer, as an artist and writer and someone who has spent years working at the edge of science and trying to help people understand why it matters.

Each design comes with a small story — a note from the place itself. I hope it makes you look at your screen a little differently, and our precious oceans, beaches, and polar regions a little more closely.
